🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mining technology research or a related role.
• Strong background in data analysis and modeling, with proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, MATLAB, and Python.
• Experience with environmental impact assessment and sustainable mining practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in environmental management or sustainable mining practices is a plus.
