As a Legal and Compliance Officer at Panin Sekuritas, you will play a crucial role in shaping our compliance strategy, conducting risk assessments, and providing legal advice to our business units. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the Indonesian Securities Commission (KPPI), and other relevant authorities. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures, as well as conducting training and awareness programs for our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement compliance programs and policies in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate legal and compliance risks.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those from OJK and KPPI.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to business units on compliance-related matters.
• Develop and maintain compliance training programs for employees.
• Conduct audits and investigations to identify and address compliance issues.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all legal and compliance documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, including those from OJK and KPPI.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with legal and compliance software, such as ComplianceSoft or similar tools.
