📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee electrical projects on-site, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, drawings, and schedules.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all work is completed within budget and on schedule.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and contractors.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other project elements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical site supervision and project documentation.
• Proven track record in managing electrical projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software for project documentation.
• Certification in electrical safety and risk management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
