📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to assess their life insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.
• Process and manage life insurance applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to provide informed advice.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Life Insurance Agent or similar role in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
