As an Inventory & Warehouse Lead, you'll manage our warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping inventory. You'll ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records using our inventory management system, SAP. You'll also work closely with our procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping inventory.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records using SAP inventory management system.
• Implement and enforce best practices for inventory control and warehouse management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.
• Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of performance and accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and receipt of inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements in the warehouse.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory and warehouse management, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Proven experience using SAP inventory management system or similar ERP systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including forklift operation and safety procedures.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management system is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
