📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Negotiate and secure competitive freight rates with carriers and logistics partners.
• Book and manage shipments using SAP Transportation Management and Freightos.
• Monitor and optimize freight costs to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international carriers and logistics providers.
• Analyze and report on freight performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in global logistics.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight operations, rates negotiation, or logistics coordination.
• Proficient in using SAP Transportation Management and Freightos.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with carriers.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Logistics Management or related field is a plus.
