📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, service, and maintain RAC units in residential and hospitality properties.
• Diagnose and repair RAC issues, including refrigerant leaks, electrical problems, and compressor failures.
• Ensure RAC units meet safety and performance standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns.
• Work with various RAC brands and models, including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, and LG.
• Use specialized tools and software, such as pressure gauges, refrigerant recovery machines, and digital multimeters.
• Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an RAC Technician.
• Certification in RAC servicing and repair, preferably from a recognized institution.
• Thorough knowledge of RAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
