📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Define and prioritize product features for enrollment and eVoting systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate with development teams to create user stories and acceptance criteria using JIRA.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
• Manage the product backlog and sprint planning in Confluence, ensuring a clear roadmap for the team.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment, translating technical requirements into business language.
• Monitor product performance and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to optimize the product.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our digital solutions.
• Lead the development of comprehensive documentation and training materials for end-users.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, with a focus on digital transformation projects.
• Proven track record in managing Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of enrollment systems and eVoting technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze user needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Certification in Agile Product Ownership (CSPO) or similar is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
