In this role, you will work closely with our team of experts to create customized PC solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. With a focus on both sales and technical support, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and driving our sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their PC requirements and recommend suitable configurations.
• Assemble and configure custom PCs using tools like MSI Afterburner, HWiNFO, and AIDA64.
• Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and update our inventory of PC components and peripherals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote and sell custom PC builds and related products.
• Stay updated with the latest PC hardware and software trends to offer cutting-edge solutions.
• Train and assist junior staff members in technical and sales-related tasks.
• Ensure all customer interactions are professional, friendly, and focused on delivering exceptional service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in PC assembly, customization, or technical support.
• Proven experience in selling and configuring custom PCs.
• Familiarity with PC hardware components, including CPUs, GPUs, motherboards, and storage devices.
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and common software applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in PC assembly or technical support is a plus.
