📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting debt collections and recoveries using advanced techniques and tools such as CRM software and data analytics platforms.
• Managing and updating client accounts using SAP and other financial management systems.
• Analyzing collection data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve collections issues.
• Developing and implementing collection strategies to maximize recoveries.
• Providing regular reports and updates to management on collection activities.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections and recoveries, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of credit management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using SAP and other financial management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
