📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement telemarketing strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing clients using CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development and telemarketing.
• Provide regular reports to the management team on sales activities and performance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or telemarketing.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
