📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track sea freight shipments from booking to delivery, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo flow.
• Monitor and update cargo status using logistics software such as SAP or similar systems.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including bills of lading, shipping orders, and customs clearance forms.
• Assist in resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the shipping process.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize logistics operations and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sea freight logistics.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sea freight logistics or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing sea freight shipments and coordinating with shipping lines.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, Cargosmart, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
