📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and sales.,Build and maintain a strong database of potential customers.,Follow up with leads to provide information about our products and services.,Negotiate and close sales deals with potential customers.,Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues.,Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company goals.,Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
