📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze and prepare strata reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.,Review and verify strata documents to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial reports.,Maintain and update strata databases and records.,Provide administrative support to the strata management team.,Coordinate with external parties such as lawyers, accountants, and other service providers.,Attend strata meetings and provide support as needed.,Ensure all strata documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in strata management or a related field.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with strata regulations and laws in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
