As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that we meet our sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling and performance management.
  • Ensure that the store is stocked with the appropriate merchandise and that all products are displayed attractively.
  • Monitor sales and inventory levels, and work to increase sales and profitability.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both in-store and online.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and attract new customers.
  • Work closely with the corporate office to ensure that the store is in compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in store events and promotions to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in a retail or food-related environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
  • Understanding of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
