We are looking for a Senior Staff Engineer to join our Guest & Host team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality host listings and ensuring a seamless guest experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve our platform's functionality and user satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the Airbnb community.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable systems for host listings and guest experiences.,Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.,Optimize the performance and scalability of our existing systems to handle increasing user loads.,Implement and maintain robust testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our software.,Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software engineering.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.,Work with data teams to analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on backend development.,Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python, Java, or Go.,Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.,Strong understanding of database systems and their optimization.,Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.,Experience with Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of software development lifecycle.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
