In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our luxury hospitality facilities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality of hotel facilities.,Manage and supervise a team of maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all hotel equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Collaborate with other departments to address guest concerns and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities and inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior maintenance role within the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and software.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of maintenance personnel.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
