📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and align with the company's strategic goals.,Create and maintain training materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and presentations.,Conduct assessments and provide feedback to participants to ensure they are meeting the learning objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our training programs.,Mentor and coach junior instructors to help them develop their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our training programs are integrated with the company's overall performance management system.,Participate in the development and implementation of the company's talent management strategy.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as an instructor or trainer in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.,Ability to travel as needed for training and development activities.
