📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of facade systems for high-end construction projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Lead and mentor junior project managers and team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in facade engineering and construction.
  • Prepare and present project reports and proposals to stakeholders.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in managing facade projects, particularly for high-end buildings.
  • Strong understanding of facade engineering principles and materials.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in Bali.
