📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of urban development projects.,Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and successful completion.,Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community members.,Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.,Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and address any issues.,Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with the project outcomes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in urban development.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the urban development sector.,Strong knowledge of urban planning regulations and policies.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using project management software and tools.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
