Oversee the architectural coordination process, ensuring that all design and construction aspects align with the project's vision and requirements.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project's design and construction plans are integrated and cohesive.,Ensure that all architectural drawings, specifications, and other documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with local regulations and standards.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior architects and coordinators, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.,Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop strategies to address them proactively.,Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into the project as appropriate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural coordination, with a strong background in HDB projects.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering architectural coordination projects.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Strong technical skills in architectural design, drafting, and documentation.,Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other industry-standard applications.,Familiarity with local regulations, building codes, and standards is a plus.
