As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring high standards of food and service quality, and driving sales and profitability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance.
  • Ensure high standards of food and service quality.
  • Manage inventory and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage the restaurant budget and financial performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus.
