📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain and clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.,Monitor food quality, quantity, and presentation to ensure consistency and meet customer expectations.,Collaborate with other chefs and staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food service.,Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards and regulations.,Prepare and maintain inventory records and ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new menu items and recipes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and recipes.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and quality standards.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards and regulations.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
