📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure that the outlet is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively and accurately.,Train and develop your team to ensure that they are knowledgeable about the products and services offered.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.,Ensure that the outlet is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure that the outlet is meeting all company standards and goals.,Participate in inventory counts and other stock management activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar retail environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing profitability.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
