BRIO Lestari is seeking a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.,Collaborate with managers to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during training sessions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Conduct workshops and seminars to share knowledge and best practices with employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
