📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the structural design and analysis of various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and mentorship.,Conduct site inspections and reviews to ensure the quality and safety of construction.,Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and implement best practices in the team.,Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient resource utilization.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.,Professional engineering license (PE) or equivalent is a plus.,Strong knowledge of structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations.,Experience in managing and leading a team of engineers and technicians.
