Rejeki Adi Health Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Shop Assistant to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our pharmacy, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a team of shop assistants. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and train a team of shop assistants to maintain high standards of customer service.,Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and process sales transactions.,Manage inventory levels, order restocks, and ensure product availability.,Coordinate with suppliers and healthcare professionals to ensure product quality and compliance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the pharmacy's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or pharmacy setting, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, including medication handling and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Valid pharmacy license or certification, preferably from a reputable institution.,Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required; English proficiency is a plus.
