DASH Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Internal Audit professional to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the internal audit function, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits across the organization.,Lead a team of auditors to ensure thorough and efficient audit processes.,Identify and assess risks, controls, and compliance issues within the organization.,Develop and implement audit plans, procedures, and methodologies to ensure effective risk management.,Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance programs.,Collaborate with various departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with a strong background in risk management and compliance.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, CPA) is a plus.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.,Proficient in using audit software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
