📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Ensure all transactions are processed correctly and promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.,Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the manager.,Train and develop new cashier staff to ensure high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with cash handling and inventory management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Experience in the retail or hospitality industry is a plus.
