📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.,Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Assist in the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment and supplies.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.,Promote a positive and patient-centered environment, ensuring the safety and comfort of all patients.,Assist in the coordination of patient transfers and admissions/discharges.,Support the nursing team in the administration of vaccinations and immunizations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Basic knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and best practices.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid nursing license or certification (if applicable).

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic life support skills (e.g.CPRAED).Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.Ability to work flexible hoursincluding eveningsweekendsand holidays.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.
