📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their processes and ensure compliance.,Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.,Conducting risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
