📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue for industrial and logistics properties.
• Manage the complete leasing process, from prospecting to lease execution, ensuring timely and efficient transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders.
• Utilize market data and analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities in the industrial leasing market.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote available spaces and attract potential tenants.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the industrial real estate sector.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on market performance and leasing activities.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the industrial leasing team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial leasing, with a proven track record of success in this area.
• Strong understanding of the industrial and logistics real estate market in Jakarta Selatan.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or CoStar.
• Certification in Real Estate Investment (CRE) or other relevant certifications is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
