Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Administer employee benefits and compensation.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor HR staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
