📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks,Support end-users with software and hardware issues,Monitor system performance and implement improvements,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and software licenses,Provide technical support to staff and ensure compliance with IT policies,Assist in the training of new IT staff and end-users,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus,Familiarity with common IT tools and software is a plus
