📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the design and construction of new facilities and the maintenance of existing ones.
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the safety and functionality of our facilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies for sustainable and efficient use of resources.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in civil engineering.
  • Report to the Chief Civil Engineer on project progress and any issues that may arise.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare facility design and construction is a plus.
