The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety and compliance, and maintaining a high level of service quality. This is an urgent position, and the right candidate will be able to start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the vessel, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.,Maintain and enforce safety protocols and compliance with maritime regulations.,Plan and execute voyage schedules, including port calls and cargo operations.,Ensure the well-being and safety of the crew, providing guidance and support as needed.,Maintain communication with shore-based personnel and stakeholders.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the vessel to prevent breakdowns.,Handle emergency situations effectively, ensuring the safety of all personnel.,Monitor fuel and cargo inventory, ensuring accurate records and compliance with regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner Certificate (MMC) or equivalent.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of local and international maritime regulations and standards.,Strong leadership and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Experience with cargo operations and port handling is a plus.,Possession of a valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate.
