📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, including restaurants, hotels, and other food service establishments.,Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.,Support the sales team in achieving their targets and contributing to the overall business growth.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the business remains competitive.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
