📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for battery products to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct on-site visits and technical inspections to diagnose and resolve issues with battery systems.
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer support and maintain high standards of product performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, troubleshooting guides, and best practices for battery products.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to identify and implement improvements for battery products based on customer feedback and technical insights.
• Train and mentor junior technical staff to ensure consistent service quality and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in battery technology and industry standards to provide expert advice and support.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for battery products to maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or engineering roles, preferably in the battery or energy storage industry.
• Strong knowledge of battery technologies, including lithium-ion, lead-acid, and other battery chemistries.
• Familiarity with battery management systems (BMS) and related software tools such as CAN bus, Modbus, or proprietary BMS software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel for on-site technical support.
