🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a remote or international setting.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
