📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction and maintenance of our properties, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed to the satisfaction of our clients.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of our properties, ensuring that they remain safe and functional for our residents.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the long-term sustainability of our properties.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our projects and operations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to our team, helping them to complete their tasks to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that all projects are completed in a coordinated and efficient manner.
• Ensure that all projects and operations are conducted in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
